IronTin Lab - Ethical Hacking Training Environment with Real Vulnerable Applications

IronTin Lab provides a local ethical hacking training environment using real, deliberately vulnerable applications containerized in Docker. Includes DVWA (Damn Vulnerable Web Application), OWASP Juice Shop, and additional vulnerable targets for hands-on penetration testing practice. Innovation: a pre-configured single-command Docker Compose environment that spins up a realistic multi-target lab with network isolation, so trainees practice on live vulnerabilities without risk to production systems or internet exposure. The lab includes guided challenge progression, automated scoring, and session replay -- enabling skill measurement across XSS, SQLi, CSRF, command injection, broken auth, and 25+ other vulnerability classes.
